JOB SUMMARYThe Engineering Manager is responsible for the maintenance repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems while ensuring maximum productivity quality and employee safetyEssential FunctionsEssential FunctionEssential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Troubleshooting and repair equipment utilizing prints schematics and knowledge of electricity hydraulics and pneumatics.Supervises and trains maintenance technicians on proper repair and use of equipment.Coordinates with other departments the installation troubleshooting repair and start-up of equipment to minimize equipment downtime.Initiates projects that improve efficiency andor reduce operating costs.Initiates implements and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the Semiconductor Specialty Gas industry with an emphasis on planningscheduling and preventativepredictive maintenance.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance procedures for equipment and auxiliary equipment.Works to provide a safe and clean work environment for employees.Maintain building safety and appearance including utilities ventilation and plumbing including waste and process plumbing.Assist in maintenance record keeping and documentation.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable lawsRequired for All Jobs•Performs other duties as assigned•Complies with all policies and standards
