Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting production efficiency, overseeing technical projects, and collaborating across multiple departments to ensure operational success.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background along with leadership experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support engineering initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Manage and mentor technical teams while fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Oversee project planning, implementation, and execution for engineering-related activities
  • Partner closely with production, quality, maintenance, and operations teams
  • Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Support capital improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and automation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Analyze production and process data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
  • Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows
  • Experience managing technical projects and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to automated manufacturing equipment and technical support functions preferred
