Description
The Engineering Manager will provide leadership and technical direction to manufacturing engineering activities while supporting operations, quality, process improvement, and customer initiatives. This individual will oversee engineering resources, drive Lean and Six Sigma programs, support validation activities, and lead cross-functional projects focused on growth, quality, and cost reduction.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a technically strong engineering leader with experience in regulated manufacturing environments and a proven ability to manage projects, teams, and process improvement initiatives.
