We are seeking an Engineering Manager who combines a passion for leadership with hands-on technical expertise. This role requires someone who can guide a team of dedicated engineers, implement and refine processes to boost overall throughput, and isn"t afraid to roll up their sleeves-whether it"s diving into design work in Fusion or operating a Haas CNC to keep production moving.
