About the Position
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team shaping the next generation of learning, tutoring, and student success products. In this role, you'll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, driving both the execution of critical features and the evolution of engineering practices that enable your team to deliver with greater velocity and quality.
This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact as we scale our engineering organization. You'll lead a team of 3-6 engineers, contributing directly to code and architecture while coaching your team to grow their skills and adopt modern development practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about continuous improvement-whether that's improving the developer experience, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, evolving testing strategies, improving quality assurance processes, or championing the adoption of AI-powered development tools. You'll serve as a change agent, helping shape not just what we build, but how we build it.
