You will:Mentor, manage, and empower a team of engineers to reach their full potential.Balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic project planning and resource management.Drive project delivery on time and within budget, ensuring top-tier engineering standards.Maintain a proactive, positive leadership style while working closely with divisional teams.Qualifications & RequirementsActive Professional Engineer (PE) License required.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
