Team: • Software team now only have 3 senior developers (both are older than him) • Product: • Internal tools (ERP) • Mobile App (React Native) & platform on the motorbike (app to connect to car management), collect data, transfer to data team
Backend: Java, no microservices, AWS.
Your Skills and Experience Road map: product and strong architecture, and review code. Build processes to run team, more on management side Build from scratch, focus on recruitment, ramp up the team More than 5 years of experience in similar positions.
