- Engineering Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Establish standards for equipment installation and maintenance.
- Develop capacity plans and plant layouts for growth.
- Oversee the Engineering Change System.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with various functions to ensure alignment and execution.
- Represent Engineering in meetings to support business objectives.
- Communicate priorities, plans, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Engineering resources.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain engineering talent.
- Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions.
Qualifications / Experience / Education
- Comply with employee handbook and policies.
- Complete pre-employment screening.
- Preferred experience with Plex, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or 10+ years of related experience.
- Preferred experience in metal forming, machining, and automation.
- Proven technical team leadership and management experience.
