Title: Packaging Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 0 - 12+ Months
Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $50-$55/Hour
Job Description:
" Backfill existing day to day packaging engineering work, including NPI package design and implementation, rebranding project, documentation, cost savings, sustainability projects, dieline creation and artwork prep, ship testing, etc
" Primary support for United States but able to cover globally during surge activity
" Coordinate with Data Analyst position to stage ECOs to make rebranded sites go live
" Triage multiple projects at once, providing direction to various cross functional members
" Participate as needed on corporate packaging documentation system change, including transcribing technical packaging jargon from multiple data fields
" Work with many cross functional teams with great speed and urgency to deliver for customers
4 year college or university degree in packaging engineering or sciences required. 2+ years experience working in the field of packaging preferred. Strong with data management and documentation practices. Able to quickly pick up and lead projects.
Remote employee, up to 10% travel may be required
