Job Description:
Overall Experience Required is 6–8 years.
Must Have 7+ years in Generative AI.
Role Description:
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA scripting, and automation techniques to develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
Expertise in SQL database build and querying.
Expertise in generative AI Claude coding.
Analyze, validate, reconcile, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support engineering leadership decision-making.
Create and maintain engineering metrics, scorecards, trackers, and management reports with a high degree of accuracy.
Support vendor management activities, including resource tracking, onboarding/offboarding coordination, invoice validation, and vendor reporting.
Manage and maintain knowledge repositories, operational documentation, procedures, and governance artifacts.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, summaries, and operational reviews for leadership and stakeholders.
Handle sensitive business, financial, and personnel information with the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and discretion.
Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, vendors, project managers, finance, HR, and leadership to support operational objectives.
Identify process improvement opportunities, automate manual activities, and enhance operational efficiency through analytical problem-solving.
Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills while meeting tight deadlines, maintaining high productivity, and supporting flexible work schedules, including extended business-critical work periods.
