Job Title: Engineering & Operations Manager - WFXT TV
Position Overview
Boston 25 (WFXT), the Cox Media Group FOX television station in Boston, is seeking an experienced Engineering & Operations Manager to help lead our broadcast production, editing, and technical operations teams in a fast-paced, high-performing newsroom environment.
This is a key leadership role within Cox Media Group. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering & Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the overall technical health of the station while directly managing the day-to-day performance, scheduling, and development of our production and editing teams. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with strong operational and people leadership.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 annually to $130,000 annually.
