Introduction
We are seeking a strong Engineering Project Manager with experience leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing program-level initiatives across numerous projects and possess excellent communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Ability to drive program-level initiatives across multiple projects.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous agile project scrum teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Content Management System experience.
- Engineering experience in managing product development projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive program-level initiatives across the horizontal comprising many projects.
- Manage multiple simultaneous agile project scrum teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with different teams.
- Manage existing and new projects as an Agile Scrum Master.
