Job Summary:
This role focuses on orchestrating complex software releases, from initial planning through post-launch analysis. You will collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure smooth product delivery and proactively identify and mitigate release risks. The position also involves optimizing operational workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end release planning and execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Monitor release health and track critical dependencies.
- Manage testing, bug resolution, and launch readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering operations processes.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience managing complex engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Industry Experience:- Experience in technical program management within the software development industry is highly preferred.
