P&G Steel Products focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality components and assemblies across diverse industrial applications, providing opportunities to work with advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.What You'll Do - ResponsibilitiesLead engineering program execution across shop floor operations by translating customer requirements into manufacturing plans while supporting capacity planning, cost analysis, and engineering decisions.Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet customer and business requirements.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Shipping to ensure project milestones and launch targets are met.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on project status, technical requirements, and delivery expectations.Monitor project KPIs and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.Support prototype development, production planning, capacity planning, quoting, and launch readiness for new customer programs.Oversee preparation and submission of PPAP, FAI, and other customer-required documentation.Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure timely program execution.Partner with sister companies and cross-functional internal teams to communicate project requirements, resolve gaps, and drive successful program execution.Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools, ERP/MRP systems, and standard project management software such as MS Project and Excel.Reports to the Vice President of Production/Sales.Interested candidates can reach out to: jtolentino@pgsteel.com / aschetinin@pgsteel.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
