As part of a multisite engineering team, you will lead capital projects across 6-8 manufacturing sites for non-carbonated beverages and food products, focusing on developing strategies, managing budgets, and driving productivity improvements.
Responsibilities include designing and executing projects from conception to startup, establishing performance criteria, and implementing cost-saving initiatives while promoting lean principles. You will build relationships with internal teams and suppliers, communicate effectively across organizational levels, and ensure successful project delivery.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in manufacturing capital projects, PMP certification, knowledge of high-speed packaging equipment, and the ability to work independently and travel extensively. A background in Food & Beverage or CPG manufacturing is a plus. Compensation ranges from $96,800 to $150,000, with comprehensive benefits and performance-based bonuses.
