    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and act as the operations product owner throughout the product lifecycle

    This role serves as the main interface between development, operations, production, logistics, and service teams, ensuring smooth transition from development to production and sustain engineering

    Key Responsibilities:

    Main interface with product lines and development teams across all technical stages

    Operational Product Owner and operation gate owner

    Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes: Production readiness Zero series Series production

    Drive PLM leadership and smooth transition to operations (operational model)

    Manage Time to Production (TTP) as a clear KPI

    Define and implement product tree concepts & methodologies

    Lead COGS reduction initiatives through DFX, continuous improvements, and operational leadership

    Own change management processes (CCB, ECO/FCO KPIs, etc.)

    Define and execute turnkey strategies

    Address service and logistics field implications

    Lead handover to Production Engineering during the Sustain Engineering phase

    Requirements:

    B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)

    Proven experience in NPI, R&R, or Engineering Program Management

    Strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, and product lifecycle management

    Experience working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Production, Supply Chain)

    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Ability to manage KPIs and drive execution

    Good English communication skills
