Pay Range: $50-$58/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Experience Required: 10 & Above
Role Description:
•In this role, you will be the connective tissue between engineering, product and our go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs that are fundamental to our revenue and growth.

Skills Requirements
•Drive Program Execution: Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs in the video advertising space from conception to launch. Develop and manage project plans, define scope, track progress, and manage timelines and dependencies.
•5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a large engineering organization accountable for the development and deployment of applications and services at Client scale.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence at all levels including executive leadership.
•Strong desire to learn, skills for problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
