Job Title: Engineering Program Specialist
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Onsite, San Jose, CA - 
Pay rate: $30-$35/hr. W2 with benefits 

Duties:
EPS Project is to manage Google AR hardware build and provide services to collaborate & coordinate with Google stakeholders, suppliers to create GPN, create Purchase Order, collaborate with Logistics team, provide supporting documents for Trade & Compliance, Creating ECO and MCO in PLM and P2P (third party) for invoices, S2F tracking, supplier onboarding and build matrices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in engineering operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, NPI, or manufacturing support.
• Experience supporting hardware builds, prototype builds, R&D hardware, consumer electronics, AR/XR, wearables, mobile devices, or complex technical products.
• Strong hands-on experience with purchase orders, requisitions, invoice follow-up, supplier communication, and procurement tracking.
• Experience with PLM systems, part-number creation, ECOs, MCOs, BOM changes, and change-control workflows.
• Experience coordinating international shipments, customs documentation, Commercial Invoices, Air Waybills, pre-alerts, and shipment tracking.
• Ability to work with TPMs, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software engineers, logistics, trade compliance, finance, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Strong spreadsheet/tracker skills: Google Sheets or Excel for PO logs, budget trackers, allocation trackers, build matrices, shipment trackers, and status reports
