If you're detail‑oriented, organized, and thrive in both collaborative and independent environments, this role is for you.What you'll doSupport project managers and engineering teams in daily project activitiesMaintain and organize project documentation including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting minutesTrack project milestones and deliverables using tools such as Procore, MS Project, or SmartsheetCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action itemsCommunicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendorsMonitor project risks and escape issues as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and engineering standardsAssist in preparing technical and non-technical reports and documentationWhat you bringAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or SmartsheetStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze and prepare both technical and non-technical documents and reportsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience working with engineering teams or technical documentation preferredProject coordination or project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMI-ACP) a plusPhysical & Travel RequirementsFrequently stationary with occasional movement through office or job site environments.Travel may be required, contingent upon the employee's primary work location relative to the geographic scope of project assignments.
