The role requires more than maintaining a schedule board. The ideal candidate must understand Kinetics' products, applications, work types, designer capabilities, checking requirements, customer priorities, and offshore resource utilization.This position will work closely with Engineering Supervisors, the Engineering Coordinator, design teams, offshore resources, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering leadership to ensure that engineering work is assigned, tracked, adjusted, and communicated effectively.Core Functional Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Coordination (Primary Focus)Own day-to-day execution of projects post-order, ensuring all activities progress on scheduleManage and track key project milestones including submittals, RFIs, lead times, production, and deliveryCoordinate long lead-time projects in partnership with CSR and operations teamsProactively follow up across internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain project momentumTrack and manage time-intensive coordination activities that extend beyond order entry2. Sales Support & Workload OffloadAct as an extension of the engineering team by assuming post-order coordination responsibilitiesReduce administrative burden on sales by managing detailed follow-up, documentation, and project trackingSupport deposit tracking and alignment with internal financial processesEnsure smooth handoff from sales to execution, maintaining continuity for customers and representatives3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Internal NavigationServe as the central liaison across:EngineeringCustomer Service (CSR)Operations / ProductionScheduling and ProcurementFinance / ARDemonstrate strong knowledge of internal processes, including when and where to engage engineering and how to drive timely follow-upFacilitate communication between internal teams and external representatives to ensure alignment and accountability4. Representative & Customer InterfaceSupport manufacturer representatives and customers throughout project executionProvide proactive updates and ensure clear communication on timing, deliverables, and changesAct as a key contact point for complex or long-duration projectsStrengthening overall customer experience by ensuring responsiveness and follow-through5. Project Controls, Tracking & DocumentationMaintain structured project documentation including:Submittal logsRFI trackingChange ordersProject status updatesTrack project progress and ensure visibility into status and risksIdentify inefficiencies in workflow and help shift repeatable, time-consuming tasks into this role6.
