The City of Eagan is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of complex public infrastructure and private development projects from concept through construction and final closeout. This is a highly visible role for a seasoned civil engineering professional who enjoys balancing technical problem-solving, project coordination, construction oversight, and community service.

You'll work alongside contractors, consultants, developers, utilities, regulatory agencies, City staff, property owners, and the public to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and applicable standards.

As a technical resource within the Engineering Division, you'll have the opportunity to exercise independent judgment, guide project teams, resolve challenging construction issues, and help shape how the City plans, builds, maintains, and documents its infrastructure.
