Standard Job Description

You will be an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Senior Staff on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. Specifically this position is accountable and responsible for cost, schedule, & performance of multiple capability development programs supporting F-22 modernization.

The EPM Leader drives the successful delivery of complex, high‑impact engineering programs from concept through production. Acting as the nexus between cross‑functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership, the EPM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Experience effectively communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined engineering teams and external customers
• Willing to travel up to 10%
• Final SECRET security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
