Engineering Project Manager

The ideal candidate is motivated, ambitious, and possesses a strong understanding of civil engineering methods, tools, and processes while working with limited supervision.

Qualifications:

• Experience working on federally funded projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4–8 years of civil engineering experience (P.E. preferred, but not required for consideration)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent project and time management skills
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment
• Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasks simultaneously
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Ability to confidently lead meetings
• Ability to prepare complete plan sets with limited supervision

• Report Preparation
• Grading
• Earthwork
• Quantities Takeoff
• Site Geometry
• Underground Utilities Layout
• Construction Specifications & Details
• TransportationRoadway Design
• Intersection Design
• Sidewalk Design
• Corridor Development
• Concept Planning       

Additional Tasks:

• Support Diverse Civil Engineering Projects
• Budget and Schedule Management
