Engineering Project Manager - Data Center Cooling (Texas)

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support the delivery of U.S. engineering projects for mission‑critical cooling solutions. This role is execution‑focused—coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners, maintaining project documentation and trackers, and driving issues to closure through commissioning and acceptance.2.Location: Texas-basedResponsibilitiesSupport project delivery from kickoff to installation, commissioning, acceptance, and closeout.Maintain schedules, milestones, and action trackers; provide weekly status updates and drive follow‑ups.Coordinate with Engineering/Procurement/After‑Sales/Finance and vendors/subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.Manage core project documentation (RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change logs, punch lists, closeout packages) with version control.Track key delivery/cost items (materials, site progress, travel/expenses) and escalated risks early.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC, Energy/Power, Construction/Project Management, or related (or equivalent experience).More than 2 years of experience in project delivery/project coordination/field support; HVAC/MEP or data center exposure is a plus.Strong organization and follow‑through; proficient in Excel/Word/PPT (MS Project is a plus).Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) required.Language: Fluent English (spoken & written).
