The role supports a fast‑paced environment focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership and ExecutionLead engineering project teams in the execution of complex, time‑sensitive tasks.Plan, track, and manage engineering projects to ensure delivery against cost, schedule, and quality objectives.Establish and maintain project engineering processes, tools, and organizational structures.Drive workflow efficiency, accountability, and optimized resource utilization across engineering teams.Cross‑Functional CollaborationCollaborate with technical leads, program managers, and engineering leadership to ensure aligned execution.Provide technical and operational support across multiple engine models, components, and engineering groups.Support production and supplier‑related initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.Technical and Operational SupportResolve production issues, including supplier‑related concerns, casting evaluations, and design improvements.Lead investigations into product nonconformance and identify corrective actions.Support development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.Identify and address process bottlenecks to enhance engineering throughput and project performance.Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and deliver project status updates, technical reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership.Communicate project risks, milestones, and readiness to stakeholders across the organization.Required QualificationsBachelor"s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math and minimum 8+ years of related experience or an Advanced degree and minimum 8+ years.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively under aggressive project timelines.Background in mechanical, aerospace, or systems engineering.Knowledge of gas turbine engines is considered an asset.Manufacturing, or repair Project Engineering experience. Ability to create schedules and drive task executionIn this role, you will be working with Technical Leads, Repair Design and Structures Engineering, Program Managers, Chiefs, Validation Engineering/ODA and ASE customers - like component repair & MRO Shops as well as Airlines to ensure timely execution on assigned repair development projects.Preferred QualificationsExperience with engineering budgets, earned value management, and schedule tracking.Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.Professional engineering membership or licensing is considered an asset.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
