Job Description Overview: Engineering Project Manager
This position is designed for an early-career professional (graduate level) with approximately 4+ years of experience and a background in Mechanical or STEM-related engineering.
The role requires experience in project management, including schedule creation, budget oversight, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Candidates should be comfortable working across cross-functional teams and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Engineering Project Manager
- Manage engineering-related projects, including Agile-based initiatives
- Coordinate efforts between coatings teams and broader cross-functional groups
- Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, external vendors, and customers
- Develop and maintain Basis of Estimates (BOE) templates for accurate project planning
- Align project activities to ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, challenges, or roadblocks
