Job Description
Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager for our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative products that directly impact global manufacturing.

- Own high-impact new product development programs from concept through launch.
- Work with advanced technologies such as machine vision, industrial automation, AI and data analytics, robotics, IoT/Industry 4.0, and precision measurement.
- Collaborate with experienced electrical, mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing, and quality engineers.

Duties include:
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative products.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
- Drive execution while balancing technical performance, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, marketing, and customer support.
- Communicate progress and key decisions with executive leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- Support successful product launches and continuous product improvements.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Software, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical engineering background with experience developing complex electromechanical products.
- Experience leading engineering projects from concept through commercialization.
- Previous experience as a Lead, Principal, or Systems Engineer is highly valued.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
