General Function: Highly responsible professional, engineering, and project manager position. Will manage all phases of project development, including planning, design, and construction projects within the City, as well as reviewing the right-of-way permits and development plans within the City, along with each City department. Establishes, manages, and coordinates the Capital Project List and coordinates with applicable departments. Work is performed independently and requires timely communication with the other departments. Employee works under the general supervision of the Assistant Public Works Director, but work is performed with considerable independence in the overall operation. Work is evaluated by observation of results obtained, reports, and conferences with supervisors.
