Our client is a highly sought after Fortune 500 Medical Device organization looking for results driven professionals like you! This facility focuses on Class III electromechanical ALS & BLS devices used around the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of multiple engineering projects to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of deadlines.
• Prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to support project goals and streamline workflows.
• Evaluating and authorizing changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project, maintaining project integrity.
• Leading engineering projects by monitoring progress and performance against the project plan, ensuring milestones are met.
• Identifying and resolving operational problems promptly to minimize delays and keep projects on track.
• Managing ongoing relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory standards of service and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry, with a strong understanding of quality systems.
• Prior experience with companies like Philips, GE Healthcare, Boston Scientific, or similar organizations.
• Proven track record leading engineering projects within a manufacturing setting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple priorities and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Experience evaluating and implementing operational improvements.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a factory environment.
• PMP certification or other project management credentials.
• Previous experience in medical manufacturing or related sectors such as healthcare devices or pharmaceuticals.
