Career AreaEngineeringJob DescriptionThis key role of Engineering Project Team Leader is within the Large Power Systems Division Core Packaging group. As an Engineering Project Team Leader, you will lead a team of design control engineers to solve complex technical problems and lead technical discussions related to genset package mechanical systems. This position will lead the planning and delivery of projects for cost, time and quality as well as mentor and coach team members while staying abreast of current and innovative technologies. This individual must develop a strong network to enable them to obtain resources and remove roadblocks to ensure the success of the team as well as act as a spokesperson for the team in meetings with management and customer.
