Engineering Recruiter (100% Remote)
$50,000–$75,000 base + uncapped commission (six figure+ opportunity)
Primary Talent Partners is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to support national clients and MSP programs. This role is fully remote and focused on sourcing and placing highly specialized engineering talent.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full cycle recruiting for engineering roles across multiple industries.
- Source candidates using engineering networks, recruiting tools, certifications databases, and technical communities.
- Build strong pipelines for licensed/certified talent (PE, FE, NICET, etc.).
- Partner with MSP teams and client stakeholders to understand project needs.
- Deliver high quality submissions with speed, accuracy, and strong communication.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with engineering or technical roles.
- Proven success sourcing niche engineering talent.
- Strong understanding of engineering terminology, certifications, and project environments.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- High accountability, strong follow through, and a performance driven mindset.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000
- Uncapped Commission: Six figure+ earning potential
- Full benefits + 100% remote work
