Requirements

• Experience hiring for engineering, technical sales, or manufacturing leadership roles OR consultative sales into this market
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical discipline
• 
  Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, processes, and terminology
  
• 
  Strong sales instincts—comfortable influencing, negotiating, and building long-term client relationships
  
• 
  Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate evaluation
  
• 
  Excellent communication skills and a consultative, client?focused mindset
  
• 
  Resourceful, proactive approach to finding and engaging top talent
