About the Job:

Kasmo Inc. is seeking an Engineering Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to address the recruitment needs of our automotive clients. This role involves leading efforts to identify and attract top-tier talent, contributing to Kasmo's growth and success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in shaping our workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account managers to understand client businesses, identify staffing needs, and contribute to workforce planning strategies.
  • Build a talent pipeline through sourcing on job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and using ATS, social media, and advanced search techniques (LinkedIn, Google, X-Ray searches).
  • Screen and qualify candidates based on technical and job-specific criteria, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.
  • Take ownership of search assignments and develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent pools.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of engineering candidates through online recruiting tools, cold calling, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, application management, candidate screening, interviews, and communication.
  • Proficiency in various US work visas and tax terms.
  • Remain organized and self-motivated while managing time-sensitive assignments with professionalism.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, multitask efficiently, and contribute as a collaborative team player.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the Engineering /Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in using Job Diva ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools
  • Good verbal and written communications skills with strong sourcing and screening skills.
