In this position...
Responsible for leading MOS (Maintenance Operating System) initiatives within the production and facilities department
What you'll do...
Optimization of current production processes and maintenance tasks
Lead equipment rebuilds
Project and Shutdown Planning with engineers and production
Spare part inventory auditing
Developing preventative / predictive maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime
Spare Parts
MOS Board
Maximo
Report out of key metrics around maintenance
Providing input on new equipment design and purchase
Supporting new model / equipment launch as required
Lead UAW Personnel
You'll have...
Education: High School Diploma
Experience:
Ability to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
Excellent communicator who can train both hourly and salary team members
Must be a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in ONE FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
Maintenance experience
Computer efficiency
Ability to work various shifts

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferred. Equivalent experience accepted
Experience: 3-5 years experience in manufacturing;
Lean implementation
AutoCAD
High volume Mfg/Assembly
Maximo
Excel
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical manuals.
Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between shop floor technicians and corporate engineering teams.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on "value-added" reporting and problem-solving.

This position is a range of salary grades 7 and 8.
