Engineering Support Specialist

ReNuke Services is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist for our client"s site in Jackson, MS! Job Description: Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. This role ensures reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services while supporting users and engineering teams in resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and application issues Support servers, virtualization, and cloud environments Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades Analyze system performance and recommend improvements Mentor junior support staff Support incident response and root cause analysis Qualifications Bachelor"s degree preferred 4-7+ years of experience Strong knowledge of systems, networking, and troubleshooting Call Outs: Power Generation Experience Project Controls P6 experience all versions Scheduling Cost Databases Estimating Claims Engineering Degree Minimum experience required of the position: * Scheduler, Sr to Sr Lead o High level of understanding of P6 E211-1- Engineering Support V - Jackson, MS - 6 Months

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position: * Required: o Prior nuclear experience o Prior design engineering scheduling experience * Preferred: o Understanding of PowerBi and other analysis tools. o Experience implementing a new or redefined scheduling program within an organization
