Compensation & Benefits: 

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.50, plus shift differential

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform complex testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems using schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions 

• Conduct soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, and system testing 

• Generate technical reports and documentation 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations 

• Support junior technicians with advanced tasks 

• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently 

• Assist in system improvements and process enhancements 

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or a similar field, or a BSEET degree with at least 2 years of related experience 

• Proficient in troubleshooting systems, hand and power tools, and software such as MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM 

• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills 

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs 

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and swing shifts

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour
