Position Summary:

The Engineering Technician supports manufacturing and engineering operations by assisting with equipment setup, troubleshooting, process improvements, and production support. This role works closely with engineers, maintenance personnel, and production teams to ensure equipment and processes operate efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, setup, and testing of manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Support engineering projects focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Perform equipment inspections, data collection, and process evaluations.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities and equipment modifications.
• Document process changes, test results, and engineering reports.
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve manufacturing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related field preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
