Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Partner with managers and program teams to assess workforce planning and Adaptive Planning requirements.
Enter and maintain planned requisition requests within the Adaptive Planning system.
Track and maintain candidate application data and recruiting metrics.
Collaborate with staffing focal points and hiring managers to review and evaluate candidate resumes.
Coordinate interviews with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
Support candidate interviews as needed and ensure interview panels are properly prepared.
Manage candidate dispositions and post-interview activities.
Maintain interview schedules and recruiting calendars.
Generate, analyze, and maintain reports using Excel, Workday, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support staffing and workforce planning decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience synthesizing information, analyzing data, and making recommendations based on findings.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, or hiring processes.
Experience reviewing engineering resumes.
Experience with Adaptive Planning.
Experience with Workday.
Experience with Tableau or other reporting and data visualization tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
