Shift: 2nd Shift
Compensation: Up to $20/hr + shift differential

Must have Skill Set:
Electronics or electrical assembly experience
Circuit board/PCB experience
Soldering experience
Ability to troubleshoot electronic components
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Overview:
We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support a manufacturing environment in Pflugerville, TX. This is a hands-on opportunity focused on troubleshooting, testing, and working with circuit boards and electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronics, soldering, and diagnosing component-level issues. This position will work closely with engineering and production teams to identify problems, perform testing, and help ensure electronic assemblies meet specifications.
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot and test circuit boards and electronic assemblies
Diagnose and identify component-level issues
Perform soldering and electronic assembly work
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Set up and perform engineering tests
Analyze test results and assist with resolving technical issues
Use electronic test equipment and tools to troubleshoot assemblies
Document test procedures, results, and recommendations
Assist engineers with testing and development activities
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Electronics Technician, Engineering Technician, Electrical Technician, Assembler, or similar role
Hands-on experience working with circuit boards or electronic assemblies
Soldering experience required
Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic components
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
Associate degree, technical training, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
