Key Objectives
Assist engineering staff in the design, development, and testing of products and systems.
Support manufacturing processes by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers to prepare and modify technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Conduct tests and inspections on materials, components, and assemblies to verify compliance with design requirements.
Operate and maintain laboratory and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in the assembly, installation, and calibration of prototypes and production units.
Document test results, report findings, and recommend improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential process enhancements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all engineering data is up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate degree or technical diploma in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering principles.
Proficiency with measurement tools and testing equipment.
Familiarity with CAD software and basic computer skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
