This Engineering Technician role in Dover, NH supports Naval ship maintenance, modernization, and lifecycle programs, primarily for submarines.

  • Assist with reviewing Technical Work Documents to ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
  • Conduct engineering analysis, reviews, and recommend improvements for submarine maintenance documentation.
  • Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis to ensure safety, reliability, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with teams, analyze data, and provide technical feedback.
  • Support administrative tasks such as meetings and documentation management.


  • Requirements: High school diploma or GED; relevant experience (3-10 years) or a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Must have an active DoD Secret clearance. Experience with submarine systems, maintenance standards, and Navy systems is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills are essential.
