About the Role


We are hiring an Engineering Technician to support construction and infrastructure projects at Goodfellow AFB. This position plays a vital role in documentation, inspections, drafting, and project coordination.

Job Status: COA (Contingent on Award)


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare construction estimates, SOWs, and SoOs
  • Assist with drafting and layout preparation
  • Conduct field inspections for compliance and quality
  • Review technical submittals and RFIs
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders
  • Support construction documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications


  • Experience in: 
    • Construction inspection
    • Drafting or surveying
    • Cost estimating or technical support
  • Ability to interpret plans and evaluate construction compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Eligibility for CAC
Preferred


  • Degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
  • Experience with federal, military, or public works projects
