We are committed to helping our team members find their success while maintaining the integrity of our values: building trust, fostering lasting relationships and pursuing excellence.Responsibilities Gather and organize the information necessary to provide the Energy Lending Group with oil & gas reserve evaluation summaries.Communicate analytic data and implement processes driven by petroleum engineering for oil and gas lending.Perform engineering calculations and preliminary analyses for interpretation of data and communication with Energy Lending personnel, in‑house petroleum engineers and third‑party engineering consultants.Establish and maintain data files for oil & gas economic software programs, including new database setup, organization, manipulation, analysis, and report generation with proprietary engineering software.Compile, communicate, and provide information to the Energy Lending Group and management.Gather information required to evaluate oil & gas reserves from third‑party engineering firms and engineering personnel of clients and prospects.Perform data management activities: loading, verifying, manipulating, analyzing, updating, and reporting data related to engineering operations.Qualifications High School Diploma required.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, or related field.Preferred: Graduation from a recognized school of banking.Minimum of 10+ years in the Oil & Gas Industry.Completion of Apprenticeship under Certified Engineer Training/coursework for engineering software Aries & PHDWin.Training Requirements / Classes Required annual compliance training and new employee orientation.Physical Demands Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. The position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer, which can be done sitting or standing with the use of the right desk.Work Environment The position is in a private office. Telecommuting roles, whether hybrid or 100% full‑time, must have a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions, with a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data. Cable or fiber connections are preferred.
