    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment
    • Creation of test plans, measurement of parts, data collection and initial analysis
    • Direct interaction supporting Design, Characterization and Product Teams
    • Perform equipment preventive maintenance, unplanned corrective maintenance, and product changeovers
    • Station Setups/Calibrations and trouble shoot to determine root cause of failures
    • Hand solder components as small as 0402, QFN, using microscope.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent military training
    • 1+ years of experience in an engineering lab environment
    • Willing to learn new skills, become proficient, and advance to assume greater responsibility
    • Adaptability
    • Achievement oriented
    • Eager to learn and grow skill sets

    This is a 3rd shift role, which would be working Monday through Thursday starting at 3:00 pm and ending at 1:00 am.
