You will be responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians who will maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade gantry systems, filling systems, dispensing systems and other equipment used in the production of Nova Biomedicals Consumable Products. The primary objective is to minimize equipment downtime, ensure efficient manufacturing operations, and drive continuous improvement through preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
