We invest in the personal and professional growth of every employee because we believe growth leads to both business impact and personal fulfillment.\n \n\n Learning and Development: We foster a culture that encourages and promotes professional growth and development, with continuous learning\n \n\n Diversity Initiatives: We are proud to have launched the Women's Initiative focused on building a better workplace for women, providing support, and recognizing the talented women within our company.\n \n\n \nLaundryLux Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:\n\n Health benefits package including medical, dental & vision plans\n \n\n Life Insurance\n \n\n 401(k) with company matching\n \n\n Paid Time Off\n \n\n Paid Holidays\n \n\n Employee Referral Program\n \n\n Mentorship Program\n \n\n Company Sponsored Training\n \n\n Tuition Reimbursement\n \n\n \nBack to the role:\n \nWhat you will do:\n \nProduct Testing & Validation\n\n Execute test plans on commercial laundry machines and subsystems to address performance, software, reliability, and robustness.\n \n\n Perform engineering evaluations on product specifically related to diagnosis and repair.\n \n\n Document test results and provide feedback to engineering for design improvements.\n \n\n \nTechnical Support\n\n Assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues during development and field trials.\n \n\n Support installation and integration of machines with external interfaces as needed (payment systems, dosing systems, IoT devices).\n \n\n \nField Support & Data Collection\n\n Provide on-site support for complex VIP customer issues.\n \n\n Collect detailed data from field incidents to assist engineering in root cause analysis and corrective actions.\n \n\n \nPrototyping & Assembly\n\n Build and modify prototypes for evaluation and testing.\n \n\n Perform wiring, mechanical assembly, and calibration of components.\n \n\n \nTraining & Knowledge Transfer\n\n Train service technicians and internal teams on new products, features, and troubleshooting procedures.\n \n\n Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure proper product understanding.\n \n\n \nDocumentation & Reporting\n\n Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and equipment configurations.\n \n\n Contribute to the creation of technical manuals and service documentation.\n \n\n \nProcess Improvement\n\n Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and product reliability.\n \n\n Implement best practices for equipment setup and troubleshooting.\n \n\n \nCollaboration\n\n Work closely with engineers, suppliers, and service teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.\n \n\n Participate in team meetings and provide input on product development initiatives.\n \n\n \nWhat you should have:\n\n Strong understanding of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and basic networking.\n \n\n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.\n \n\n Proficient in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.\n \n\n Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n \n\n Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n \n\n Experience with IoT-enabled devices and industrial controls preferred.\n \n\n Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment or similar industrial machinery preferred.\n \n\n \nEducation and Experience:\n\n Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Technology (or equivalent experience).\n \n\n 3+ years of experience in equipment testing, troubleshooting, or technical support.\n \n\n \nOur Values:\n \nPeople, Share Responsibility, Integrity, Excellence, Customer Focused, Meaningfulness and Fun\n \nIf you are looking for your next challenge, then this is your chance to join our team of exceptionally talented, creative and innovative professionals.
