You will work with Quality and Engineering organizations to reduce Cost of Poor Quality COPQ and achieve acceptable first pass yield & collaborate with Engineering to resolve tooling related quality issuesYou will support the creation of documentation necessary for new applications including job instructions job routers job safety analyses standard operating procedures etcYou will analyze the reasons for equipment failure and leads Reliability Centered Maintenance RCM and Root Cause Analysis RCA efforts & participate in reliability related incident investigations prioritizing action items and follow-up on their implementationYou will support Total Preventive Maintenance TPM efforts to increase machine utilization as defined by facility targets & analyze process data and lead improvement projectsYou will work as an integral team member on productivity projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices & support the design and modify tooling fixturing for new product introduction and improvement of existing processesYou will support the completion of First Article Inspection FAI and SPS data for new product introduction and improvement of existing processes & support design reviews with safety and ergonomics focus on plant systems and production equipment changes
