| Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Location: On-site Remote Work: Not available / Must be fully onsite Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hardware Test & Production Technician to support production and engineering operations. This role is primarily responsible for testing, configuring, upgrading, and calibrating hardware systems in a manufacturing environment. During periods of lower testing volume, this individual will assist the production team with picking, packing, receiving, and general assembly support. Candidates with Cisco hardware or networking knowledge are preferred, but this experience is not required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform setup, configuration, testing, calibration, and upgrades of hardware products following engineering procedures and work instructions Execute product testing using engineering test procedures, schematics, and quality standards Document and record test results accurately per quality requirements Troubleshoot basic hardware and system issues as needed Assist with production support activities including assembly, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support team objectives and assist in other operational areas when needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or hardware testing environment preferred Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and signal generators Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Cisco hardware/networking knowledge is a plus, but not required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Core Competencies Accountability and reliability Strong communication skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to build positive working relationships Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Additional Information This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
