Pay Range: $27.50-$32.50 an hour 

Job Description:
The Dyno Test Technician is responsible for supporting and executing dynamometer testing for electrified vehicle power electronics, including inverters, converters, and charging systems. This role is highly hands-on, involving test setup, data collection, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure accurate test execution and continuous improvement of dyno operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute dynamometer testing (manual and automated) for electrified vehicle systems
• Set up test equipment, including mechanical and electrical installations
• Collaborate with engineering to review and validate test data
• Troubleshoot and maintain dyno cell equipment and operations
• Interpret test plans, specifications, and schedules to meet project milestones
• Support power analyzer and inverter test setups with engineering teams
• Ensure test data accuracy aligns with defined processes and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned
• Adhere to high-voltage safety standards and procedures
• Communicate progress, risks, and deliverable status effectively with the team
