Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Test Technician to support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of servo drive and motor products. This role works closely with engineering teams to ensure system performance, diagnose issues, and support product quality in a technical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting of servo drives and motor systems
  • Conduct operational testing and fault isolation on equipment and systems
  • Interpret schematics, diagrams, layouts, and technical instructions
  • Assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions for equipment malfunctions
  • Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized diagnostic tools
  • Support test programs and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and findings

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic processes
  • Experience using electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal technical instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical school training (up to 1 year) in electronics or a related field
  • Experience working with servo systems, motors, or industrial equipment
